Product Returns
Intent on maintaining its flawless traceability system, Nepco accepts product returns only when items are in their original boxes, are unaltered and bear the company’s traceability labels.

Minimum Orders for Delivery
Certain minimum orders are required for delivery. Our delivery fees allow us to maintain our fleet of delivery trucks and ensure an efficient delivery system.
- No charge for orders over $300
- $10 charge for orders between $200 and $300
- $20 charge for orders under $200
