1982
Mr. Ferron opens his first distribution centre and a grocery store in Sorel-Tracy.
1987
The Ferron family moves to a house on Papineau Street in Montreal and establishes the company Pêcheries Norref, which eventually becomes Quebec’s largest fish and seafood distributor.
2002
Groupe Alimentaire Nordique expands: it now consists of two distribution centres, a processing plant and seven Odessa Poissonnier fish markets.
2004
Nepco’s new facilities, located on Papineau Street, add a meat and poultry component to the family business.
2012
A 3 rd generation of Ferrons joins the team!
